What is the best time to visit Kenya for a safari?
The best time for a safari in Kenya is during the dry seasons: January to March and July to October. The Great Migration in the Maasai Mara typically occurs from July to October, offering spectacular wildlife viewing.
Do I need a visa to visit Kenya?
Most visitors require a visa to enter Kenya. You can apply for an e-visa online before your trip. Citizens of certain countries may be eligible for visa-free entry. Check with the Kenyan embassy or consulate in your country for the latest requirements.
Are your tours suitable for families with children?
Yes! Many of our tours are family-friendly. We can customize itineraries to accommodate children of all ages, with appropriate accommodations, activities, and pacing. Just let us know your family's needs when booking.
What vaccinations do I need for Kenya?
We recommend consulting a travel health clinic before your trip. Common recommendations include Yellow Fever (required if arriving from an endemic country), Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, and routine vaccinations. Malaria prophylaxis is also recommended for certain regions.
Can you arrange private tours for our group?
Absolutely! We specialize in private departures. Whether it's a family reunion, corporate retreat, or special occasion, we'll design a completely customized itinerary around your schedule, interests, and budget.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the tour and timing. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
Do you provide airport transfers?
Yes, we arrange airport transfers as part of most packages. Our drivers will meet you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) or Moi International Airport (MBA) and ensure a smooth transfer to your accommodation.
What should I pack for a Kenya safari?
Pack lightweight, neutral-colored clothing (avoid bright colors), comfortable walking shoes, a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, a good camera with zoom lens, and any personal medications. We provide a detailed packing list upon booking.
